This energy is already on your location. DOUBLE ACTING BEAM GAS COMPRESSOR™ During the polish rod up stroke, gas is pulled from the casing into the bottom chamber of the cylinder through a suction check valve. Gas is also at this time being compressed from the top chamber through a discharge check valve and into the flow line. During the polish rod down stroke, gas is pulled from the casing and into the top chamber through a second suction check valve. Gas is also at this time being compressed from the bottom chamber through a second discharge check valve and into the flow line.
